Client Information
This policy explains how The2TiteXperience handles the personal information clients provide through the website, booking system and appointment communications.
Effective July 2026
We collect the name, phone number, email address (when provided), selected service, stylist, appointment date and time, notes, policy acceptance record and account information needed to operate the booking system. We do not collect or store full payment-card details.
Information is used to review and manage booking requests, communicate approvals or changes, send deposit links, confirm payment status, provide appointment reminders, maintain service history, answer questions, prevent misuse and improve salon operations.
The Salon uses service providers to operate the website and booking workflow. These currently include Supabase for authentication and booking data and Netlify for website hosting. Planned providers include Square for payment processing, Resend for transactional email and Twilio for text messages. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and is governed by its own privacy terms.
Square will process deposits and payments. The Salon does not receive or store full card numbers. Payment status and transaction references may be stored with the appointment so the Salon can confirm that a deposit was paid.
By providing contact information for a booking, you agree to receive transactional messages related to that request and appointment, including approval, payment, confirmation, reminder, change and cancellation notices. Marketing messages, if introduced, will require separate consent. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Booking data is stored in systems protected by access controls. Access is limited to authorized salon personnel and providers that need the information to deliver the booking service. No internet system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but the Salon uses reasonable safeguards and reviews access before launch.
The Salon does not sell client information. Information may be shared with authorized providers as needed to host the website, manage bookings, process payments, deliver messages, comply with law or protect the Salon and its clients.
You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting The2TiteXperience at (510) 753-0647. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention or operational reasons.
This policy may be updated as the booking platform and service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current public version.
